What impresses me about this list is that Wikipedia has so much detail on such insignificant places (well some of them are pretty insignificant). Wikipedia even mentions The Burgage, which is the lane where I first lived. It mentions it because it reputedly has a ghost, not because I was born there.

I think of myself as being pretty sedentary, having mostly stayed put in Oxford, so I was a bit surprised by the length of the list - though I'm sure others' would be much longer.
